Ashwagandha Recipe for Strength Stamin and Manly Power :

Ingredients Required :
** Ashwagandha Powder 6 Spoons
** Cardamom Powder – ¼ Spoon
** Jaggery – 100 gms
** Ghee – 4 Spoons
** Milk – 250

Procedure to Prepare :
** Start the Stove and Put the Milk in Pan kept over the stove then
** Put the jaggery in the Milk present in Pan kept over the stove then cook it slowly till the jaggery melts in the pan.
** Then put the Cardamom powder again cook it slowly till the jaggery melts in the pan.
** Then put the Ghee again and further cook it slowly till the jaggery melts in the pan.
** Cook it well Till all the ingredients turn into thick Rasayana.
** Store Prepared Ashwagandha Rasayana in Bottle and Use it 3 times in a Week.
